Real Estate Vision (REV) is Queensland’s visionary real estate agency. They have offices located in Emerald, Blackwater and Airlie Beach.

REV came to NetVault in 2014, via their channel partner.

REV were experiencing problems with their cloud service provider at the time.

The service was expensive, inflexible, suffered constant outages and suffered from poor application performance.

This resulted in their staff not being able to provide the high level of service that REV’s clients had come to expect over the years.

NetVault Solution

NetVault designed a Cisco Private MPLS Solution for REV, paired with a Private Cloud hosted server solution to host their application data, email and remote applications.

The Cisco private MPLS solution was initially deployed with simple ADSL2+ connectivity to each site as part of the overall MPLS architecture (until NBN became available at each of the sites).

This has since been extended with NetVault’s unique 4G failover services, to give sites additional reliability and redundancy when connecting to their private cloud.

REV was so happy with the solution provided by NetVault. In fact, when their phone system for their head office was due for replacement, they immediately turned to our team.

NetVault were able to design a unified communications voice solution for REV that utilised the existing MPLS network.

This extension of the initial solution meant that staff could now easily call each other between offices/transfer calls between offices.

Plus, clients’ calling into REV could easily be answered by any one of REV’s remote offices.
